Erika Huerta Aguirre de Paulus is Executive Facilitator and Vice President Corporate Strategy at DOOR International B.V.

Erika has over 15 years of experience as an international strategy consultant at Roland Berger & Partners having led several restructuring projects in the aviation retail and insurance industry. She also participated at the largest organizational restructuring in Latin America after the merge of the 2 leading automotive manufacturers.

For the last 10 years, as a consultant and as an internationally certified master coach, Erika has helped individuals and corporate clients throughout the world to achieve their Key Results by helping them shape and transform their culture and deliver the value-add that is required in the specific situation.

She is passionate about enabling leaders, teams and organizations to improve their performance and effectiveness based on the principles of accountability and agile methods, especially Design Thinking, and help them achieve unprecedented performance. She is proud of being able to work on all different layers of organizations, ensuring sustainable growth and success. She has led large scale, multi-year transformation projects with Fortune 1000 clients across numerous global industries all around the world. She fluently speaks Portuguese, Spanish, German and English and has good knowledge of French. She holds a Master’s degree of Business Administration and Economics, including Marketing, Logistics and Accountancy from the University of Mannheim (Germany) in Partnership with the St. Gallen University (Switzerland).
