Sharon is originally from New York City and calls Vienna, Austria, her home. She’s channeled her extensive experience into empowering individuals, teams, and leaders to reach their full potential as an executive coach, course facilitator, and creator of customized sales excellence and development programs aimed at skill enhancement and performance improvement.
With a history of leadership in Global and Regional Sales Enablement roles at multinational organizations such as IBM, Citrix, and Webhelp, Sharon is now an entrepreneur. She specializes in uplifting women IT executives through tailored group and individual coaching, interactive workshops, and as a dynamic keynote speaker. Sharon is also the host of the Living While Leading Podcast.
Sharon is committed to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, and has facilitated courses and workshops such as Driving Excellence through a Culture of Belonging, DEI Exploration for Aspiring Leaders, and Dismantling Obstacles Through Reverse Mentoring for organizations such as Kellanova, Voestalpine, Aviva, The Association of Medical Oncologists, and the European Association of Cardiothoracic Surgeons.
Her social identities as a self-employed female, Afro-Latina, American expatriate, European citizen, middle-aged woman, mother to a biracial child, partner in an interracial marriage, and caregiver-provides her with a multifaceted perspective of the world.
Sharon’s two decades of international living and leadership, along with her advocacy for diversity and equity in the workplace, have honed her expertise in navigating culturally diverse settings.
