A Graphic Designer and Organizational Communication Specialist with more than 25 years of experience working with HR Leaders of Multinational Companies. Certified Trainer in The Oz Principle Methodology from Culture Partners and its Accountability Programs, also has a Certification in Change Management from Change America’s, Doing to Done, productivity made simple from Mike Williams and Core Strengths, Results through communication from SDI. Spanish native speaker and fluent in English language.
Juan Carlos has been involved as consultant, designer and facilitator, working with internal teams in many Organizational Development and Training Projects for large companies in Mexico, like Holcim, PepsiCo, Santander, GSK, Lala, Capgemini, KOF, Coca-Cola de México, Philip Morris, New York Life, among others.
He likes play sports and music. He played soccer for more than 30 years, ran a few 10 Km races and also play drums on an amateur rock band. He is married and a father of a young girl and three adopted female dogs. He loves traveling, knowing new cultures and people from around the world.
Juan Carlos believes in Honesty, Ethic, Justice and Gratitude. He considers himself a friendly person and loves to make people laugh. He always gives the best of him in every project he is involved, no matter if is a job, a hobby or a personal endeavor.
His aspiration is to grow the business in México and create wellbeing for him and others as well as to touch as many lives as possible by sharing all his knowledge. Juan works everyday in trying to be a good role model for his daughter.
